Festive Opening Hours:

The last day we'll be dispatching orders before the Christmas break will be the Thursday 21st December. Between Christmas and New Year (27th, 28th & 29th) we'll be cutting and dispatching website orders with Royal Mail postage in the order they are placed. Any orders placed during this time with personalised items or with DHL/UPS shipping options may not be dispatched until the new year. Our usual cutoff times will not apply over this period as our staff will be working shortened hours.

As with all of our orders the quantity of items has a great impact on the cutting and dispatch time. Larger than usual orders placed during this time may not be dispatched until the new year.

Custom Orders:

We're currently processing new custom orders in 7-10 working days depending on their size and cutting time. The last day to place any custom orders for dispatch before the Christmas break will be Wednesday 13th December. Any large orders or orders placed after this date may not be dispatched until the new year.

Postage Dates:

Below are the latest dates our delivery partners suggest for the highest chance of the packages arriving in time for Christmas. Please note on usual orders our dispatch time is 1-2 working days.
